    Let’s see…

    Bice – thank you for being honest with me. I can be obscure at times, so I appreciate hearing about what works and what doesn’t for people. I do many revisions after I post and often they are intended to improve clarity. Judging from your prior comments, I submit it only “feels” like “always” and “seldom”. Your comments seem consistently on target and I always enjoy their intelligence and humor.

    The above poem was on the back of a deposit slip. I had jotted down the line while looking at all those hideous Help Wanted ads. I thought how the ads are enclosed in the boxes and so are the jobs. I may have murked it all up a bit by adding a title which plays with the notion of “filling” these positions because that is what you are to most of these companies – “fill”, preferably “clean”. Best to you.

    fencer – thank you but I must respectfully decline. I am deeply flattered that you consider me in such regard. The reasons for my non- participation are myriad but I can single out one as most significant: I have 50 sites/blogs on the right which I read (lately, very infrequently). They all deserve more time and attention than I am able to give right now. To select out five as more deserving than the others would only add insult to injury. Again, thank you for the recognition.
