it can all get pretty obsessive. I am glad I get only the major networks and some info channels. I can get pretty locked into the news at times… it isn’t healthy for humans to be constantly on alert.

The news can be very depressing, but it is a good way to stay informed.(Unless all they talk about is Paris Hilton…)

lately the Hilton news has actually been uplifting…what is her club cred going to be like now that she cried out for her mommy? I get the New York Post a couple times a week. It is funny how the likes of Murdoch build people up just to tear them down.
