An amazing sentiment. From an astounding man.

Yes. He is up there with anyone – any time, and ahead of most. A visionary with balls. How fearful he must have felt at times. It was his faith and conviction which put him out on the streets facing clubs and dogs. And for Hillary to imply that LBJ was as heroic is a crock of Clinton shit.

Now for something completely different. I see you have a new look @extemporaneous and avatar. I like them both. I need to haul my deadbeat blogger ass back over to read and comment.

PS Please know that I am an infrequent visitor to all my blogroll. I have been very preoccupied lately and struggle to find time to post no less visit. It borders on rudeness but it isn’t meant that way. I have great regard for all your talents and creations.

(perhaps I have been preoccupied my whole life) 🙂

    QAZSE,
Thanks for your explanation, though none was necessary. I do like it when you are around and comment but I know how life tends to get in the way of living sometimes (assuming you consider “reading my drivel” to be living!).

I am…shall we say…struggling with some things, looking for a way to integrate more into my blog, and part of insisting that I am not completely naughty had to be a new look and a new avatar. I am not completely thrilled with all the changes, I am still playing with them from time to time. But showing off my boobs all over wordpress does little to increase my credibility as a writer. And, first and foremost, that is what I want to be.

Thanks for all of your support and your work here – you are simply amazing! And I don’t always comment, though I always read, because I don’t always feel informed enough to have an intelligent opinion! 🙂

    Take care –
    Heather
