wrestling with congruency
love is a choice
do not wait for one’s embrace
be the embracer

Hi qazse,
Nice to see you active again, if only momentarily.
Thanks for the words and photo… to the point.

i like this because it doesn’t seem romantic.
i mean, it could be read that way, but to me it seems more forceful and thoughtful than romance.
Like a command- Be active! Reach out! Take a chance and make a difference in the world!

How nice to see you guys!
fencer – isn’t that a wonderful painting. At times it reminds me of two loving giraffes, one alert – the other curious yet cautious.
Roberta – I am flattered. Is this award coming by email or pay pal? 🙂
Christine – I like that it works on many levels. I also like your portrayal of the command.
Peace

love is more action than anything else, so the command idea works well for me too.

I see so many things but mostly it reminds me that in life, we have regrets.
There are ways to avoid this.
great job

Beautiful words, something we need right now here in DeKalb – embraced. 😦

howard – yes, action both inward and outward.
kim – that is a perspective I hadn’t yet realized.
Dr.G – my condolences to all of Illinois.

Now that I think more deeply about Kim’s perspective – it is wellspring from which the the haiku came.
