Hey Sorrow,
I remember when Michael would cup his crotch with his hand on stage and thrust it toward the audience of screaming children. No one seemed to see a problem with it.
We seem to be mesmerized by popularity to the point where it impairs our collective judgment. Popularity sells, better judgment does not.
